Overview
In this role you build and strengthen technical partnerships with engineers, installers, distributors, and clients in the Plumbing and HVAC sector. You will promote Watts systems, provide high-level technical support, and deliver presentations and training to support adoption and specification. You'll monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform portfolio and positioning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new projects and commercial objectives. This position offers a hands-on, impact-focused path to shape specification activities and grow the business in Spain and Portugal.
Responsabilidades Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the Plumbing and HVAC sector
Promote specification and adoption of Watts products and solutions
Provide high-level technical and application support, product presentations, and training
Act as a trusted advisor with deep understanding of Watts products and applications




Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform portfolio development and market positioning
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic projects and sales initiatives
Support development of new projects and drive specification activities
Support business growth through market intelligence and competitive analysis
Requisitos principales Consolidated experience in a similar position
Knowledge of the HVAC sector (channels, products, applications)
Strong interpersonal disposition
Willingness to travel frequently in Spain and Portugal
Good familiarity with IT systems
Spanish mother tongue, good English and Portuguese preferably
Degree in engineering or technical disciplines
Residence in the Barcelona Area
