As a Full-Stack Engineer in Treatwell's Growth & Marketing focus, you help the marketplace be discovered, understood, and chosen across 13 markets. You'll split time between frontend and backend work to accelerate growth, improve discoverability, and optimize conversion across landing pages and discovery journeys. You partner with marketing and growth stakeholders to translate opportunities into high-quality technical solutions. Improve Discoverability by enhancing how search engines and users understand the marketplace
Instrument work and support experimentation and measurement to validate ideas with data
Ship user-facing improvements to landing pages, discovery journeys, and conversion flows from problem framing to production
Own services end-to-end with a DevOps mindset, covering architecture to deployment
Translate growth and marketing opportunities into clear engineering work and maintain high quality standards
