Overview
In this hands-on role, you lead a diverse operations team at an Amazon site to ensure safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer demands. You will analyse performance, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to standardise shift processes. The role offers exposure to large-scale operations and a collaborative culture that values safety, data-driven decisions, and contingency planning.
Responsabilidades Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing
Analyse and implement corrective actions to maintain quality and productivity and meet business objectives across all shifts
Support and lead a team while handling administrative work and building a strong team culture
Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and improve customer service




Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes
Requisitos principales Bachelor or enrolled in undergraduate degree
Experience in English-language communication (written and verbal)
Fluent in Spanish (read, write, speak)
Experience performing data analysis in manufacturing, production, distribution, logistics, retail, or grocery in a management role
Preferred: experience communicating with stakeholders and working in a logistics environment
Preferred: experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
