Responsabilidades Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals
Oversee end-to-end procurement projects from supplier selection to contract management and delivery
Lead and mentor a team of buyers, agents, and coordinators
Identify potential suppliers, conduct due diligence, and negotiate favorable terms
Monitor procurement costs, seek cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resource allocation




Foster strategic supplier relationships and resolve supply chain issues
Ensure procurement activities comply with regulations and internal policies, maintaining accurate records
Establish quality control standards and perform ongoing process and performance assessments
Manage the procurement budget and leverage technology to improve processes and reporting
Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in procurement and project management
Experience with SAP Order Management Module, BRP900, PowerBI, AI Applications
Proven track record of managing complex procurement projects
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Budget management and financial acumen
Knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management
