Overview In this role you will support the development and review of long-term and mid-term supply plans, ensuring inputs align with demand forecasts. You will work with regional teams to monitor constraints, review inventory policies, and prepare allocation proposals. You'll contribute to regional S&OP; outputs and drive continuous improvement in supply planning. This is a collaborative, data-driven role at Henkel, focusing on optimizing supply availability and efficiency.

Responsabilidades Develop and review long-term supply plans ensuring data accuracy and forecast alignment

Execute mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region

Monitor supply network constraints and under-utilizations; provide data and recommendations to SC team

Review inventory policies, track slow-movers, and monitor obsolete stock





Identify Finished Goods requirements and prepare allocation proposals based on priorities and market needs

Prepare inputs and reports for regional S&OP; meetings ensuring alignment with regional supply and demand

Collaborate with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve issues

Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy

Requisitos principales 1-2 years in a Supply Planning role or related field

FMCG experience is advantageous

Fluent in English

Strong analytical and communication skills

Advanced Excel skills; SAP is an advantage

Problem-solving attitude and team orientation

Ability to work in a diverse, global environment analytical thinking clear communication team orientation
