Overview In this role you will drive growth in Iberia by acquiring new customers in Pharma/Lifescience, CPG, Manufacturing and Pulp & Paper. You will own the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing, and build a robust pipeline to hit targets. You'll work with cross-functional teams to shape a territory plan and establish long-term customer partnerships.

This position offers the chance to shape AVEVA's expansion in the region and contribute to the company's growth and customer-centric mission. A successful candidate combines hunter instincts with strategic negotiation to bring new logos into AVEVA's portfolio.

Responsabilidades Identify and generate new business opportunities in the assigned territory and market segment

Manage the complete sales cycle from contact to closing

Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline to achieve targets

Create and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize market penetration and revenue





Build and nurture lasting relationships with new customers for future growth

Requisitos principales Proven B2B sales experience focused on new business development in Pharma/Lifescience, CPG, Manufacturing and Pulp & Paper

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

Experience selling software solutions or technology to large/medium enterprises

Full professional fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus

Based in Spain or Portugal with ability to travel to meet clients

Results-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills

Curiosity to understand customer challenges and learn about technology and market

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust

Self-motivation and ambition

CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools
