Job description: The Industrial Application Manager drives the identification, development, scale-up, and industrial implementation of processing technologies and technical solutions across assigned categories (e.g., Broths, Soups & Stews, Noodles). Acting as a critical interface between Engineering, Operations, R&D;, and the Technology Transformation Team, the role translates category and platform strategies into robust, scalable, and cost-effective industrial solutions, while accelerating innovation, ensuring compliance, and strengthening long-term manufacturing capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Technology & Process Transformation Lead industrial application and deployment of new or enhanced processing technologies, from early feasibility and proof of concept through industrial validation and scaling.



Support Engineering teams in the design of new facilities or the adaptation of existing production lines to meet evolving category and technology requirements. Scout, evaluate, and assess emerging industrial, processing, and manufacturing technologies, ensuring technical feasibility, scalability, sustainability benefits, and business relevance. Industrial Validation & Scale-Up Plan and execute proofs of concept, pilot trials, and industrial tests to evaluate technical performance, robustness, and cost effectiveness at early and advanced development stages. Define process specifications, equipment requirements, and sizing assumptions to support early investment decisions and industrial concepts.
