Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater León, Spain Area. The Owner will lead the overall vision, strategy, and operations of Across Platforms, ensuring that products and services align with the mission to improve public health communications.

Daily responsibilities include setting business goals, overseeing product development, building and maintaining partnerships, and managing budgets and resource allocation. The role also involves leading a multidisciplinary team, shaping organizational culture, and representing the organization in discussions with clients, collaborators, and stakeholders. The Owner will continuously engage with customers and partners to identify new opportunities, refine solutions, and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills, with experience setting vision, goals, and priorities for an organization or business unit.
- Business management and operations skills,



including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in product development or digital product management, ideally in health, communications, or technology sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills for collaborating with clients, partners, and stakeholders at various levels.
- Background or demonstrated interest in public health, integral health, or social impact initiatives.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater León, Spain Area and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, public health, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
