About the Role

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about efficient order management? Beko Europe is seeking an Order Desk Specialist to ensure seamless customer satisfaction by managing the full order lifecycle—from entry in SAP through to final delivery—in accordance with our commercial policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Processing & Verification: Receive, review, and process sales orders across direct channels, EDI, and sales team submissions. Ensure accuracy in pricing, availability, quantity, and policy compliance prior to order release.
- SAP Management: Manage end-to-end order processing in the SAP system, including sales order creation and delivery number generation.
- Operational Coordination: Communicate proactively with Logistics to optimize delivery execution, and collaborate with the Customer Relationship Planner to verify product availability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the Sales team to address customer inquiries and work closely with Credit to expedite order holding/release processes.
- Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving: Apply basic problem-solving methodologies to resolve issues, elevate customer satisfaction, and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience in order management, customer service, or logistics administration.




- Hands-on experience with SAP systems and EDI order processing is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
