Overview

As AI Adoption Partner, you empower across engineering, product and business teams to unlock AI potential. You will design scalable upskilling programs and playbooks that enable practical AI adoption at scale. You'll stay ahead of AI developments and measure impact to improve enablement initiatives.

You work closely with People and business units to redesign workflows and drive organizational transformation. This role offers a chance to shape how teams harness AI to deliver smarter, more personalized travel experiences.

Responsabilidades Upskill employees and design scalable enablement programs

Conduct needs assessments with business leaders to identify AI skill gaps

Create and deliver training curricula, workshops, and learning materials on AI concepts and practical applications

Develop playbooks and scorecards for independent AI opportunity identification and prioritization

Stay current with AI and ML advancements and translate them into enablement

Define and track metrics to evaluate adoption, maturity and impact of initiatives





Support workflow redesign with People Team to optimize processes and remove bottlenecks

Assess organizational frameworks and governance models to improve end-to-end operations

Lead change management initiatives to align culture and leadership with AI adoption

Requisitos principales Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems or equivalent practical experience

Experience in tech consulting, product management or agile transformation (valued)

Familiarity with the European tech landscape and industry trends

Strong practical understanding of AI/ML toolkits, LLMs, prompt engineering, APIs and Agentic frameworks

Knowledge of mapping business processes and identifying automation opportunities

Excellent communication and facilitation skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Passion for teaching and delivering technical training programs or workshops

Strategic, scale-oriented mindset with ability to teach teams to build and prioritize solutions themselves

Preferred: experience with Applied AI Tools (e.g., Gemini), experimentation mindset, AI-enhanced problem solving, adaptability and learning agility communication and facilitation teaching and coaching cross-functional collaboration
