Overview In this role you will lead strategic partner relationships and oversee the Revenue Recovery Program to drive revenue growth. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to expand the partner ecosystem and maximize value for both Red Points and its partners. You'll manage existing partnerships, pursue new opportunities, and oversee program operations, including vendor coordination and evidence collection.

Responsabilidades Manage Existing Partnerships: nurture relationships, onboarding, support, and performance tracking aligned to plans and KPIs; collaborate with Sales, CS, Ops, and Product to execute partnership strategies.

Business Development: identify new partners, develop go-to-market strategies, negotiate commercial agreements,



monitor market trends for growth opportunities.

Revenue Recovery Program: oversee program operations, manage vendors and internal teams for onboarding/detections/validations/evidence; serve as primary contact for legal partner; drive awareness through marketing; own KPIs tied to ARR growth.

Requisitos principales Account Management experience with multiple partner accounts

Strategic & analytical thinking with data-driven decision ability

Experience in Revenue Recovery, compliance, evidence management, and operations oversight

Pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn

Strong knowledge of Red Points' product offerings and online brand protection space

Excellent negotiation, communication, and collaboration skills
