are looking for We are looking for a MarTech IT Supervisor to join
our Corporate IT team at SHA Wellness in Spain. You will be
responsible for ensuring that the technology supporting our Sales,
Marketing and e-commerce operations is connected, reliable, secure
and continuously improving. This is a hands-on position for a
professional who combines strong MarTech platform administration,




systems integration and technical problem-solving capabilities with
a practical, collaborative and service-oriented mindset. You will
work directly within key platforms such as HubSpot and Shopify,
configure workflows and automations, troubleshoot technical issues,
and build integrations that connect commercial, marketing and
e-commerce data across the organisation. You will collaborate
closely with Sales, Marketing, E-commerce and Corporate IT teams,
turning business requirements into technical solutions that improve
efficiency, data quality and commercial performance. You will also
coordinate external developers, agencies and technology providers
on specific projects, ensuring that their work meets SHA’s
standards for quality, security, scalability and user experience.
