Responsabilidades
Provide day-to-day people guidance to Spain-based managers and leaders
Advise on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary and grievance matters
Support organisational change projects, restructures and business transformation
Assist workforce planning and organisational design activities with leaders
Promote employee engagement initiatives and support action planning from surveys
Coach managers on people management and leadership best practices
Support talent reviews, succession planning and career development
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition for hiring and onboarding
Assist with learning and development programmes across the region
Analyze attrition, absence, engagement and trends; produce insights for decision-making
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting
Ensure compliance with Spanish employment legislation and company policies
Support HR policies communication and implementation; liaise with legal/compliance as needed
Act as Equality Plan Officer and monitor/report on Equality Plan obligations
Serve as primary local contact for employee representative bodies and trade unions
Requisitos principales Minimum 4 years experience in Human Resources, Employee Relations or HR Business Partnering
Strong understanding of Spanish employment legislation
Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English
Experience advising managers on people matters
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation
Analytical mindset with strong Excel and reporting capabilities
Experience working in a fast-paced, changing environment
