The Opportunity

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to join our operations team, responsible for production scheduling, resource allocation, and the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process.

In this role, you will act as a key interface between Sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Production, ensuring that demand forecasts are translated into an optimized and executable manufacturing plan.

This position has a direct impact on business performance, as production planning is closely linked to revenue planning and overall operational capacity.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Develop and maintain the master production schedule, optimizing manufacturing capacity and minimizing lost production slots.
- Translate sales forecasts and pipeline demand into executable production and purchasing plans in coordination with SCM.
- Allocate production resources and adjust schedules based on constraints, delays, or operational changes in collaboration with Production.
- Act as the main point of contact between Sales, Production, and SCM departments.
- Monitor execution of production plans, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and deviations, and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare regular reporting for senior management, including KPIs, production status,



and risk analysis.

Your Background

- Engineering degree preferred (not mandatory).
- Experience in production planning or manufacturing scheduling in multidisciplinary environments.
- Strong understanding of production planning systems and S&OP; processes.
- Ability to manage high-level planning activities with direct impact on business decisions and revenue planning.
- Knowledge of power electronics or converters is a plus, but not required in depth.
- Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills, with C1–C2 English level (mandatory).
