As a Tech Lead you will play a key role in shaping how we build and scale our product. You will work closely with a high impact engineering team, combining hands-on development with tech leadership, architectural decisions and mentoring.This is a hands-on role: you will write code, set the technical direction for your area.Your responsibilities:- Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and technical discussions- Write high-quality, maintainable code across the stack,



with a strong focus on system design and critical backend components- Collaborate closely with Product and Design to turn requirements into solutions- Lead design and architectural decisions in collaboration- Take technical ownership of core parts of the platformWhat we are looking for:- Strong experience building production software- Minimum 2 years experience acting as a Tech Lead or Lead Engineer- Solid experience with React, Node.Js and Typescript- Good understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)- Experience working across the full product lifecycle- Ability to work autonomously- Experience making architectural decisions- Enjoys working in a start-up, scale up environment- Fluent Spanish, English would be advantageousTech Stack: Typescript, NodeJs, React, PostgreSQL and AWSBased in Barcelona along with a hybrid working model#J-18808-Ljbffr
