Overview In this role you guide global payroll customers from sales to implementation, ensuring clarity and delivery readiness. You will own payroll discovery for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients, documenting scope and local requirements to empower onboarding and project teams. You'll support complex opportunities with payroll and delivery expertise, setting realistic go-live plans.

Responsabilidades

Lead detailed payroll discovery sessions with prospective and newly signed customers

Document country scope, payroll populations, local processes, pay frequencies, benefits, statutory obligations, and integrations

Identify operational, compliance, and product risks early in the customer journey

Validate feasibility of scope, timelines, and rollout approaches

Prepare go-live dates and rollout plans

Create delivery-ready handover packs for OBMs and PMs





Ensure knowledge and scope continuity between Sales and Implementation

Document payroll assumptions, risks, dependencies, and constraints

Prevent scope creep and late-stage surprises

Support Sales on complex general payroll opportunities with delivery expertise

Join select sales calls to validate scope and manage client expectations

Align customer expectations with delivery reality

Run Country Spotlight and enablement sessions with Payroll Implementation teams

Share country-specific complexity, risks, and best practices

Feed discovery insights into Product, Implementation tooling, Sales enablement, and delivery methodology

Requisitos principales 5+ years of experience in global payroll, payroll implementation, or payroll operations

Strong understanding of multi-country payroll complexity and compliance

Experience leading or supporting payroll discovery, onboarding, or implementation projects

Ability to run structured, high-impact client discovery sessions

Excellent documentation and handover discipline

Confidence to raise risks and challenge assumptions constructively clear communication risk awareness stakeholder management payroll discovery onboarding and implementation scope and feasibility assessment
