Training & Development We ensure you are fully prepared before taking live requests through a comprehensive onboarding program: Initial Duration: First 5 weeks Schedule: 09:00–15:00 initially, transitioning to your agreed standard schedule Content: Deep dive into banking software, financial regulations, and service excellence Working Hours & Options We offer full-time and flexible part-time contracts to fit your lifestyle.
