Responsabilidades Shape data-driven game strategy and influence product roadmaps and monetization

Analyze player behavior, economy trends, and product performance with cross-functional teams

Design A/B tests and build predictive models (e.g., churn, LTV, segmentation) to forecast outcomes

Mentor analysts and present insights to senior leadership through storytelling and dashboards





Collaborate on data tools, pipelines, and promote data literacy and experimentation best practices

Requisitos principales Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products

Strong business sense and product intuition; ability to prioritize what matters

Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design

Background in applied statistics; Bayesian methods is a plus

Proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis

Excellent communication skills with experience influencing senior stakeholders

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences

Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar

Experience mentoring or leading other analysts is a plus

Fast learner, meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic communication leadership storytelling
