Overview In this role you enable customers to adopt Twilio's communications platform, guiding complex technical decisions and crafting winning proposals. You'll work with account teams to showcase product fit, build trusted relationships, and design scalable architectures. The position blends hands-on demonstrations with strategic discovery to solve business challenges.

You'll engage stakeholders from developers to executives, with a clear impact on customer success and revenue growth. This is a remote-first role with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and DACH market leadership.

Responsabilidades Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities: qualification, demonstrations, PoC, RFPs, design docs, and enablement sessions

Lead technical and product sales; recommend best-practice solutions and guide customers on using Twilio APIs

Establish trusted advisor relationships by discovery to design, demonstrate, and present innovative solutions

Build and present highly engaging, interactive product demonstrations for Twilio Communications Products and manage stakeholder relationships

Be hands-on, high-energy, and a creative problem solver; lead others to success





Identify and solve customer and organizational problems and drive initiatives forward

Contribute to the Presales Engineering community through knowledge sharing, demo materials, and reusable presentations

Mentor less-experienced Presales Engineers

Requisitos principales 8+ years pre-sales experience selling complex technical products or 10+ years of professional experience with customer-facing technical delivery/consulting

Excellent communicator and presenter capable of building audience confidence

Engaging storyteller who can simplify complex topics for diverse audiences

Ability to understand a customer's communications needs and translate into technical solutions

Software development experience or working knowledge in Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP); Web development (JavaScript, HTML/CSS, React/Vue.js/Angular); REST APIs

Experience in Telecom, SIP, Contact Center, or Security

Experience with sales methodologies

Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience

Proficient German speaker
