Overview In this role, you will own the end-to-end XDR platform, guiding detection, response, and the convergence with exposure and vulnerability capabilities. You'll shape a unified security product that helps CISOs prioritize exposures and reduce risk across endpoints, cloud, identity, and network. You'll work across Product, Engineering, and Security Labs to translate threat research into actionable roadmap decisions.

This is a hands-on leadership role at the core of Elastic's security strategy, driving cross-domain impact and market-leading differentiation.

Responsabilidades Own XDR strategy and delivery across cross-domain detection and response

Lead expansion into exposure and vulnerability management, including patching, device control, firewall management, and remediation workflows

Define inputs from attack surface and cloud posture signals to avoid stand-alone products

Collaborate with Entity Analytics on asset criticality for improved prioritization

Be the product voice to senior stakeholders and shape roadmap direction





Maintain competitive posture and translate insights into differentiated guidance

Draft clear requirements with engineering and Security Labs to avoid clarification bottlenecks

Create artifacts (roadmaps, memos, briefs) to provide visibility without excessive meetings

Requisitos principales 7–10 years product management experience, with at least 4 years in security or B2B enterprise software

Hands-on or practitioner background in XDR/EDR/SIEM, with credibility in detection, correlation, and response automation

Fluency in exposure prioritization versus CVSS, and understanding of asset inventory and exploitability

Strong analytics and threat understanding; familiarity with AI security is a plus

Technical credibility to assess architecture feasibility and scope

Executive presence with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders

Cross-functional fluency across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success

Default to AI-augmented work and ownership of final outcomes

Ability to lead in a matrixed, distributed, remote-first environment
