Responsabilidades Plan, monitor, and control production processes from start to finish

Optimize workflows to reduce production times and variability

Identify, evaluate, and mitigate process risks; implement improvement strategies

Support development, implementation, and launch of new products and projects

Maintain accurate process information, documentation, and improvement schedules





Serve as link between production and technical manufacturing needs with plant personnel and technical teams in St. Louis

Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering

Minimum 5 years of process engineering experience in relevant industries

Hands-on plant-level process control and optimization experience

Experience taking projects from development to plant-floor operation

Technical knowledge of production, quality, QA, and process control in manufacturing

Experience with JD Edwards or similar ERP system

Microsoft Office proficiency

Intermediate to advanced English with strong communication and collaboration skills strong communication collaboration with cross-functional teams problem-solving mindset
