Overview

As Product Design Manager at Perk, you lead and grow a team of designers while shaping the design strategy for a Tribe within our SaaS platform. You collaborate with Product and Engineering leads to ensure user-centered, end-to-end experiences that rise to our scale and growth goals. You drive high-quality design delivery across multiple workstreams and advocate for the customer in a fast-moving, international environment.

This role offers impact through shaping product direction and elevating design standards across the organization.

Responsabilidades Line manage and develop a team of Product Designers

Oversee complex multi-workstream design initiatives

Own the design direction of a Tribe and translate goals into actionable design strategies

Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to elevate design voice

Communicate design ideas effectively to stakeholders and cross-team collaboration

Ensure consistency of journeys and design patterns across tools





Drive improvements in design operations, processes, frameworks, and rituals

Support team growth through hiring, networking, and sourcing future team members

Requisitos principales 8+ years of experience as a Product Designer

2+ years of experience leading design teams and mentoring designers

Strong collaboration and ability to inspire and guide a team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Talent for simplifying complexity and creating clarity

Ability to influence product roadmaps with Product Managers and Engineers

Experience partnering with cross-functional product teams

Background in high-growth product companies with an international footprint collaboration clear communication ability to influence and inspire
