From brainstorming to development to launch, the Product team's main mission is to turn ideas into reality by working hand-in-hand with the Engineering, Design, and Business teams. Joko is organized into four product tribes, each owning a key dimension of the company's value: Business lines owns the current core value proposition, covering online shopping, in-store experiences, and gift cards, each run as a dedicated team. Scale focuses on growing and amplifying this value through growth, international expansion, and shared core user experiences across the app.
AI Platform helps Joko become a state-of-the-art AI company from the inside, owning the internal agent infrastructure, automation layer, internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, security and operational scalability. AI Platform's mission is to turn Joko into a state-of-the-art AI company from the inside. Already live in Slack, Notion and Linear, Joker can understand context, use tools, act across systems, and take real work from idea to execution.
The ambition is not just to automate repetitive tasks, but to make agents a new production layer for how Joko builds and operates. For this to work at company scale, AI Platform also owns the backbone underneath: plus the internal tools, infrastructure, compliance, security, reliability and server-cost foundations that keep Joko fast, safe and scalable.
Its goal is simple: help them run extremely efficient processes, remove operational bottlenecks, and give the company the leverage it needs to scale in the coming years. You will identify the highest-impact internal workflows to transform, define what should be automated or productized, build the roadmap yourself,
and ship with a Product Designer and software engineers.
Ship with Engineering: You will work very closely with software engineers to scope, sequence and deliver complex technical products. You will write clear specs, make trade-offs, unblock decisions, test what ships, and keep the team focused on real user impact. You will work on permissions, reliability, security, compliance and data access as product problems.
You will be the point of contact for internal stakeholders across Engineering, Ops, Finance, Legal, Data and Care, structuring their demands and arbitrating between them. A background on internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B products is a strong plus. You are curious and hands-on with infrastructure, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture.
Coding is not required, but you need to understand how things work. You are data-driven, impact-oriented, and you go straight for the real operational problem. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
French is a plus, but it is optional. Some of the benefits listed below are available to full-time positions only) Versátil remote : If you live in Paris, you can choose to work from our office or from home with no constraints.
