WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Product Owner, these will be some of the key activities in your day-to-day role:

- Own and prioritize the product backlog, translating business needs into clear requirements and user stories that deliver continuous value.




- Lead cross-functional collaboration between business and technology teams to ensure effective product delivery and alignment.
- Guide a large team through servant leadership, fostering collaboration, accountability and delivery focus.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate product priorities, requirements and delivery plans across relevant teams.
- Protect the team from external issues and distractions, enabling focus on product delivery and business outcomes.
- Promote product reliability and continuously identify opportunities to strengthen the resilience of the product.
- Apply Agile and Scrum practices to support continuous improvement and effective product development.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are in search of a Product Owner to join our team in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), with the following qualifications and background:

Professional Experience

- 5+ years of experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies. (Required)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating business and technology stakeholders. (Required)
- Experience managing product backlogs, requirements and user stories. (Required)

Education

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering. (Required)

Languages

- English and spanish (Required)
