Overview In this role you will oversee manufacturing operations to ensure on-time, high-quality, cost-efficient production. You will lead production teams, refine processes, and coordinate with logistics, quality, and engineering. You drive improvements, cost reductions, and readiness for new product launches while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Responsabilidades Lead production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations

Develop and implement production plans meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets

Optimize human, material, and equipment resources to maximize plant performance

Ensure compliance with production standards and drive process improvements

Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality





Collaborate with Engineering to support new product launches and production readiness

Partner with Quality to sustain continuous quality improvement

Promote employee development, safety, environmental compliance, and healthy working conditions

Requisitos principales Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent

4+ years of experience in a similar production leadership role in manufacturing

Experience in the automotive industry, preferably in a Just-in-Time (JIT) environment

Familiarity with production planning systems, including SAP/MRP

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Strong leadership, team management, communication, continuous improvement, quality, and health and safety knowledge leadership communication team management
