SITA's Passenger Flow Team develop, deliver and support an extensive range of market leading passenger processing solutions for airports and airlines worldwide. As a senior member of SITA's Airports Passenger Flow Team, the Product Manager for 'SITA Secure Access' will oversee the creation and commercialization of key physical and virtual access control services designed to streamline travel and improve airport and airline efficiency.

You will assume responsibility for product strategy, business case development technical development, go-to-market messaging, internal communications, supporting business development and sales colleagues around the world, and associated commercial performance of the product. Lead the end-to-end development of new products and major evolutions, including market research, customer interviews, value proposition definition, use cases, key requirements, product scope,



and development phasing. Define and prioritise product features and technical development needs, maintaining a clear, actionable roadmap aligned with stakeholder expectations, budgets, quality standards, safety, and regulatory constraints.

Own the complete product life cycle from concept through growth, maturity, and retirement, ensuring full industrialisation, strong documentation, and effective partner management. Act as the primary product point of contact and trusted expert for customers, sales, business development, software engineering, customer success, legal, finance, and third-party partners. Enable revenue growth by equipping sales and business development teams with consistent product messaging, training materials, expert insight, and marketing content.

Represent SITA at customer, partner, and industry forums, ensuring all external interactions reflect SITA at its best.

Product

Performance & Business Ownership Own product performance, including profitability, business case realisation, KPI tracking, market adoption, and identification of optimisation of risks and opportunities. Lead structured product governance, regular performance reviews, and senior leadership reporting, providing clear recommendations to improve commercial and technical outcomes. Build strong relationships across complex airport and airline ecosystems, managing stakeholders and dependencies with clear communication, negotiation, and collaboration.

Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering, ideally in Aviation or a related field. Demonstratable experience in product management of technical B2B products,



with a proven ability to bridge technical, operational, regulatory, and commercial perspectives. Strong cross functional experience working closely with software engineering, operations, service management, regulatory, security, finance, sales, and external partners.

Commercial acumen, with exposure to pricing strategies, business cases, profitability management, and investment governance. Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage credibly with customers, partners, and senior leadership. Fluent in written and spoken English.

Willingness to travel regularly for customer workshops, industry forums, and internal or external events. Proficiency in airport technical and operational ecosystems, including security, access management, configuration-driven products, biometric technology at scale, and data privacy/security compliance (including GDPR and biometric data handling).
