The Opportunity
Are you a fluent German speaker looking to build a career in the heart of Spain’s capital? We are hiring motivated Customer Advisors to join a growing, international fintech project in Madrid. As the primary point of contact for a leading banking institution, you will help customers manage their accounts, resolve inquiries, and navigate digital platforms with precision.

What You’ll Do

Expert Support: Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with account queries, transactions, and digital banking tools.

Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and deliver accurate, timely solutions.

Security & Compliance: Maintain strict data privacy standards and adhere to financial security protocols.

Language Integration: Use your Spanish skills to navigate internal systems and coordinate with local teams.

What We Are Looking For

Languages: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and solid Spanish (Minimum B2 required).

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-centric focus.

Mindset: Positive,



adaptable, and eager to learn (prior banking experience is a plus, but not required).

Work Authorization: EU work permit required; must be based in or willing to relocate to Madrid.

Working Hours & Shift Options
Choose your preferred fixed shift prior to starting:

Morning: 07:00 – 16:00

Afternoon: 14:00 – 24:00

Location: 100% On-site in our Madrid office

Paid Training & Development

We set you up for success before you handle live inquiries:

Duration: Initial 5-week paid onboarding program

Schedule: Starts at 09:00–15:00, expanding to 35 hours per week

Focus Areas: Deep dive into financial software, banking regulations, and customer service excellence

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: €22,800 Gross Annual

Bonus: Up to €1,200 Annual KPI Performance Bonus
