Overview In this role you drive transformation programs and systematic project management across Space Systems Spain to align with Airbus business goals. You coordinate cross-department initiatives, track performance and costs, and ensure timely delivery of data management and digitalization activities. You will steer end-to-end program phases, including pre-merger integration and carve-out efforts, and set roadmaps for DDMS deployment.

You work closely with stakeholders to maintain visibility and deliver tangible process improvements.

Responsabilidades Lead transformation programs within Space Systems Spain and coordinate with all stakeholders

Coordinate programme phases and implement required activities across departments

Prepare ad-hoc program information and documentation

Establish a roadmap for DDMS deployment and related transformations





Use visual management tools to track KPI evolution of process implementations

Align teams and goals across the organization to improve digital processes

Requisitos principales More than 5 years of space business experience

Extensive knowledge of Airbus Space Spain business interfaces and stakeholder relations

Experience with space processes and Airbus digital processes

Experience across the space value chain: Programs, Design, Manufacturing, Procurement and Verification

MRP knowledge; SAP experience is appreciated

DDMS@SpS knowledge (3DX – SAP – WCH- APRISO)
