At Drees & Sommer , we are looking for a Project Construction Manager with solid experience to lead large‐scale industrial projects in sectors such as manufacturing and product development, including automotive, batteries, pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, life sciences, chemicals, energy, and logistics . This position plays a key role in the planning, execution, and delivery of highly complex projects within multicultural environments governed by general standards and regulations, and it is based in Seville, Andalucia (Spain). The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership, comprehensive project management capabilities, strategic vision, and exceptional communication and coordination skills across clients, stakeholders, and internal interfaces.

Lead industrial projects from requirements identification, design, planning, execution, and commissioning. Manage projects end‐to‐end, including production processes, facilities, buildings, and technical systems.



Coordinate and ensure compliance with international standards, regulatory requirements, and methodological frameworks applicable to the industrial sector.

Manage contractsand oversee key aspects such as timelines, costs, scope, and quality. Drive business development activities by building and strengthening the professional network and contributing to the acquisition of new projects.

Represent

Drees & Sommer in international environments, collaborating with multicultural teams and adapting to global requirements. University degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Building/Construction Engineering, Architectural Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields. Master's degrees or advanced certifications in project management (PMP, IPMA, Lean, etc.) Between 5 and 10 years of experience in managing industrial projects.

Proven recent experience in industrial projects in sectors such as semiconductors, manufacturing, energy, logistics, or life sciences. High level in English and Spanish . Availability for regular travel within Spain and internationally (meetings, site supervision, coordination with client/local teams).
