Overview

As a Project Engineer, you collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new products and customer-specific solutions while coordinating daily order fulfillment on active projects. You will also support quotation, engineering analysis, detailed layout and operations, and drive project execution. You'll work across engineering, product management, production, and quality to meet customer requirements and timelines.

This role combines hands-on design with cross-functional coordination to deliver optimized product lines and reliable delivery.

Responsabilidades Manage project execution across multiple customer jobs

Coordinate with Engineering to obtain customer drawing approvals

Provide technical guidance on specifications, deviations, and related activities to production

Lead production planning meetings communicating requirements, timelines, and cross-department impacts

Review technical documentation to validate performance and suggest modifications





Prepare test plans and evaluate results

Optimize and standardize new and existing product lines

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery per terms

Requisitos principales Proficiency in Microsoft Office

CAD skills (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor)

Knowledge of PowerBI

Industrial experience in development and design

Understanding of engineering documentation, drafting, GD&T;

Effective verbal and written communication

Collaborative team player, self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (preferred)

BS or BA degree in relevant field and/or 0–2 years experience strong communication skills cross-functional collaboration self-motivated with proactive mindset
