Overview In this role, you drive operational excellence initiatives across multiple sites by leading end-to-end projects with cross-functional teams. You will apply Amadeus project management standards, manage scope, resources, and budget, and track KPIs to ensure benefits are realized. You collaborate with senior stakeholders to secure alignment and foster adoption of new ways of working. This is a cross-cultural, multi-site role that shapes how we operate and deliver impact.

Responsabilidades

Define project scope, objectives, success criteria and deliverables for operational excellence initiatives

Develop and adapt work plans to meet evolving business needs

Manage day-to-day project aspects including resources, timelines and budget

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business case benefits

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across sites to maintain alignment

Apply and enforce Amadeus project management methodology and standards

Support adoption of new ways of working with Change Management

Define and track KPIs to inform decision-making

Monitor progress, identify deviations and propose corrective actions

Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions with structured controls

Gather feedback to improve processes,



tools and materials

Prepare ad hoc reports and analyses for internal stakeholders

Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership to secure buy-in

Communicate governance decisions and their impact to stakeholders

Contribute to governance routines such as status reporting and steering committees

Provide fact-based input to strategic, cross-functional decisions

Contribute to project management toolkit, templates and best practices

Requisitos principales Proven project management experience, ideally in operational excellence, process improvement or transformation

Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills with ability to handle multiple priorities

Solid understanding of PM methodologies, tools and governance frameworks

Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior leadership and diverse audiences

Experience in a cross-cultural, multi-site environment (Warsaw, Barcelona, Nice, Madrid)

Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Experience managing risks, issues and stakeholder relationships in complex projects

Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
