We are looking for an experienced Agile Space Project Manager able to lead ground segment projects with a strong results-oriented mindset, combining technical understanding, fast execution and efficient project leadership. we'll tell you what's not on the web. You will work in complex and multidisciplinary environments, balancing traditional space industry milestones (PDR, CDR, FAT, OSAT) with agile and incremental delivery approaches.

You will drive projects end-to-end by: managing scope, schedule, budget and contractual baselines leading trade-offs between performance, cost, risk and schedule We are looking for candidates with experience in Project Management and Systems Engineering within the space sector, used to working in complex and multidisciplinary environments. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ECSS standards will be highly valued,



as well as experience coordinating and negotiating with stakeholders and major industry primes Experience managing space projects in agile environments. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Experience combining traditional space project cycles with agile methodologies. PMP certification, experience in Space Operations and launchers, and professional proficiency in German, French or Italian will also be considered a strong plus. Hybrid working model and 8 weeks per year of teleworking outside your usual geographical area.
