Its services support risk management, operational efficiency, and business growth across multiple industries and international markets. The project develops digital solutions for financial decision-making, credit access, fraud prevention, and cybersecurity.

Задачи Manage end-to-end delivery of software implementation and digital transformation projects;

Plan, coordinate, and monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables;

Lead cross-functional and distributed teams of Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and DevOps specialists;

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders;

Provide regular project updates and manage expectations;

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests;

Coordinate the implementation and integration of enterprise solutions, APIs, and third-party systems;

Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and project status meetings;

Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and regulatory frameworks;





Maintain comprehensive project documentation;

Track project performance, resource utilization, and key delivery metrics;

Drive continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.

Требования 3+ Years of project management experience;

Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies;

Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;

Experience coordinating cross-functional and distributed teams;

Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills;

Ability to manage priorities, resolve blockers, and drive projects toward successful delivery;

Experience with Jira and Confluence;

Upper-Intermediate English or above;

Upper-Intermediate Spanish or above;

Nice to have: SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification, French language proficiency.
