We are hiring a Technical Support Specialist to provide market‐focused product recommendations, technical trainings and hands‐on support from lab trials to industrial scale‐up.
Guide customers through lab, pilot and industrial trials; Train and coach sales colleagues on product benefits, differences and commercial value
Record recommendations,



trial results and customer feedback in company databases; Run lab demo sessions and client trainings; Create technical marketing materials (bulletins, presentation slides, videos, whitepapers)
Excellent spoken and written English; Comfortable with laboratory work and customer‐facing technical support; Prior technical sales or applications role supporting B2B food customers
Experience producing technical content for digital channels
High rate of successful pilot → industrial transfers
Clear, up‐to‐date application database and positive customer feedback from trainings/demos
