We are looking for a Project Manager with a high level of English to join our team in Madrid. You will manage the projects of a integral client, handling multiple projects concurrently. Working on campaigns from start to finish, you will support across administrative tasks, client communication, quality assurance and ensuring creative excellence. You will be responsible for managing timelines, scope of work and project logistics.
We are looking for a person with around 3 – 5 years' experience in advertising agencies / studios, with project management capabilities and good knowledge of the production processes. Partner with Business Leadership to develop client relationships and assist with client management and communications, including meeting, scheduling and sharing follow ups.
Coordinate with the production and creative teams to ensure quality and scheduled delivery of materials.
Manage briefs and communicate client requests and project changes quickly and clearly.




Coordinate different stakeholders from client and agency teams to ensure project success and to facilitate asset delivery.
3-5 years of experience in an advertising agency, managing campaigns (digital, broadcast, print).
Good knowledge of digital production areas.
Able to manage multiple projects/tasks at once.
Significant experience of MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
C1 Level English (comfortable to manage daily communication via email and phone).
Indefinite contract.
