Portuguese/Spanish Customer Support Advisor , you'll help guests
from around the world with their inquiries and ensure they have the
best stay possible. About the Role: We are looking for a Portuguese
-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join a renowned hotel chain
in Málaga . You’ll be the first point of contact for
German-speaking customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a
seamless experience for hotel guests. You’ll work directly with
customers over the phone to answer questions, resolve issues, and
provide information about hotel services. What You’ll Do: Handle
incoming customer calls in Portuguese , assisting with bookings,
inquiries, and support. Provide clear and professional




communication to resolve customer issues. Ensure customer
satisfaction by delivering excellent service. Handle a variety of
customer queries, from booking confirmations to special requests.
What We’re Looking For: Portuguese : Native or bilingual Spanish:
C1 level English: Advanced (minimum C1) Ability to work 39
hours/week with alternating weekends A valid NIE , NAF , and a
Spanish bank account What You’ll Get: Fixed monthly salary + bonus
Onsite Training: From 9 AM to 6 PM Location: Malaga Contract:
