Overview In this role you drive the transfer management for projects within the TT domain, coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project and tender QCD objectives. You'll set up and maintain TT plans, promote best practices, and support site construction on demand. You'll work across PME, Production, Testing, Quality, and Supply Chain to improve processes and data sharing, shaping the TT capability across sites and metiers.

Responsabilidades Set up, execute and maintain TT plans and actions

Analyze Transfer Risk and drive action plans

Coordinate with cross-functional teams (PME, Production, Testing, Quality, Supply Chain)

Deploy TT standards and processes; improve efficiency





Develop and maintain common TT data library (processes, tools, contracts)

Manage IMP and ensure Donor validation; manage TT data/documents (DML, Transmittal Sheet, RFC, translation)

Define and execute training and assistance plans

Ensure TT activities comply with AT EHS standards

Promote TT best practices and common ways of working

Develop TT understanding across sites and metiers

Requisitos principales Engineering degree

5–10 years in industrial/railway environment (rolling stock or components)

Experience in Project or Industrial QCD management

Familiar with IS common tools

Willingness to travel

Fluent in English

Collaborative mindset

Proactive teamwork across functions

Strong communication and coordination

QCD management experience

Knowledge of TT standards and processes

Familiarity with IS common tools
