Overview In this role you will drive quality assurance across front-office technology solutions built for capital markets clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to define and execute testing strategies, including automation and AI-assisted QA. You will challenge existing practices, promote QA best practices, and help build a culture where quality is everyones responsibility.

Responsabilidades Propose, create and enhance the projects test strategy, including test automation

Leverage experience to question and improve existing QA practices and promote best practices





Foster a culture of quality by educating the team and focusing on value-add testing

Design, maintain and execute test cases and analyze results

Build understanding of business, technical and operational requirements

Collaborate on defining the QA process with the team

Improve automated tests with other QAs and developers to maximize coverage

Work with Development and DevOps to enhance test automation tools and solutions

Requisitos principales Significant QA experience

Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs

Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation

Experience with Cypress, Playwright, or WebdriverIO

Knowledge of Agile SDLC and QA role within it

Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders

Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize QA processes team collaboration strong communication problem solving
