Overview
In this role you will plan, direct and ensure successful delivery of projects using Flowserve standards and tools. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to report progress and verify performance against specifications. You drive project execution from initiation to completion, manage scope and cost via change control, and ensure orderly project milestones and reporting. You will work with cross‐functional teams to optimize outcomes in a client‐facing environment in Coslada, Spain.
Responsabilidades Own end-to-end project execution, performance and safety for assigned projects
Strengthen customer relationships by creating a performant, transparent environment
Ensure clean order and control scope/cost via change management throughout the project
Coordinate activities of matrixed project reports
Manage spending expectations for each project
Communicate milestones, status,



and escalations to all stakeholders with proper reporting
Apply program/project management experience to project delivery
Deliver effective presentations and facilitate meetings/workshops
Foster team building, problem-solving and conflict resolution
Utilize Microsoft Office for project tasks and documentation
Other duties as assigned
