Overview
In this role you will optimize line performance and drive standardization, continuous improvement, and safe operations on the production line. You will define procedures, monitor KPIs, and lead training to elevate machine, facility, and resource effectiveness. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and support new initiatives that advance operational excellence. Responsabilidades Define line procedures for startup, changeover, cleaning, and consumables management, ensuring standardization across operations
Monitor line performance indicators and analyze causes of deviations to drive improvements in OEE, cost, quality and safety
Identify and implement improvement actions,



including resource coordination and participation in new initiatives
Lead training initiatives, identify training needs, and ensure safe operating procedures are followed
Support operational excellence by optimizing machines, facilities and human resources
Requisitos principales Engineering degree ( Mechanical, Automation, Organizational or Chemical )
At least 2 years of similar industrial experience (pharmacy, food, cosmetics, automotive)
High-level written and spoken English and Spanish
Advanced user in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Proficiency in data visualization (Power BI) and preferably SQL
