Overview In this role you will lead the Installation QA team and manage the integrated quality system for construction projects. You will recruit, onboard, and organize the team, coordinate with subcontractors and other stakeholders, and provide technical guidance on quality topics during site activities. You will manage quality KPIs, data collection, and presentation to inform project decisions.

This position offers the opportunity to shape site quality practices and ensure alignment with project goals and company standards.

Responsabilidades Lead and coordinate the Installation QA Technicians and related teams

Recruit, onboard, and assign project tasks within the QA team

Represent QA topics in meetings with construction subcontractors and other units

Provide technical support on quality during construction activities

Manage collection and presentation of quality KPIs for the construction process

Requisitos principales Bachelor in Engineering or Architecture

Valuable training on constructive processes
