Overview

As a Quality Engineer at Kongsberg Automotive, you will lead quality planning from development to serial production for new products. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers across Europe to uphold high product and process quality. You'll drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and improve process capability, while solving quality issues to boost customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades Lead quality planning activities for new product launches from development through serial production

Collaborate with engineering, operations, suppliers, and customers to ensure product and process quality

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and enhance manufacturing performance

Lead structured problem-solving to eliminate recurring quality issues and protect customer satisfaction





Ensure manufacturing processes are robust, compliant, and capable of meeting customer expectations

Manage customer complaints, supplier quality concerns, audits, and PPAP approvals to support project execution

Promote a culture of quality through training, coaching, and sharing best practices

Contribute to operational excellence and business growth by delivering sustainable quality improvements across the plant

Requisitos principales Bachelors degree or technical diploma

2 to 5 years of experience in quality departments

High level of English (spoken and written)

Core Tools Knowledge: PPAP, AMFE, SPC, MSA, APQP

Problem solving tools: 8D, 5Why, Ishikawa, FTA

Training in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016

Knowledge of system auditors per IATF16949:2016 and process (VDA 6.3)

Power Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable ERP experience (SAP, Navision)

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Systematic, positive approach to issues

Collaborative, cross-functional communication
