Overview As R&D; Manager for the rubber business, you define and drive the global R&D; strategy and steer new product development for rubber power transmission belts. You lead an interdisciplinary team and coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales to ensure market success. You optimize designs, materials and processes for performance and cost efficiency, while ensuring compliance and sustainability.

vibration, thermal and chemical resistance) Define and oversee product testing, validation and homologation Manage R&D; budget, priorities and resource allocation Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing and Sales for industrialization and market success Resolve product issues with Quality and Engineering to ensure reliability Requisitos principales Engineering degree (Industrial, Chemical, Materials or similar) 5+ years of experience in industrial R&D;, preferably in rubber or elastomer products Proven experience managing technical teams and projects Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes and testing Fluent in Spanish and English rubber compound development materials science
