As we continue to grow, we are looking for ambitious independent real estate agents to join our team in Ibiza.

The opportunity

This is a self-employed, commission-based position for an autónomo based in Ibiza.

You will work independently while being part of the Hoy Hoy Ibiza brand, team and professional network. You will have the opportunity to develop your own client portfolio, represent buyers and sellers and build a long-term position in the Ibiza property market.

This position is suited to someone who takes ownership, values professional standards and understands that lasting success in Ibiza is built through trust and reputation.

Your responsibilities

- Generate and develop new buyer and seller opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Acquire new property listings and represent property owners professionally
- Guide international buyers through their property search
- Organise viewings and follow up with clients and collaborating agents
- Maintain accurate client and property information in our CRM
- Develop relationships with local agents, property owners, developers and professional partners
- Represent Hoy Hoy Ibiza in a professional, reliable and personal manner




- Stay informed about the Ibiza property market, relevant procedures and local developments

What we are looking for

- You live in Ibiza or are genuinely prepared to relocate to the island
- You are registered, or able to register, as autónomo in Spain
- You have experience in real estate, sales, business development, luxury services or another relationship-driven commercial environment
- You are entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable developing your own network and opportunities
- You communicate professionally in English
- Spanish and additional languages such as Dutch, German, French or Italian are valuable
- You have strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- You work independently while contributing positively to a team
- You understand the importance of discretion, integrity and professional follow-up
- You have a valid driving licence and access to your own transport
