Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Elasticsearch - Distributed Systems team, you will advance scale, performance, and resilience across the cluster. You'll improve indexing and coordination across nodes, and help push the system to handle larger shards and datasets. You'll diagnose complex performance and concurrency issues and mentor others. This role offers impact by shaping how Elastic's distributed search platform scales in real-world deployments, with a strong focus on reliability and efficiency.
