Overview
As Site Leader in Montmeló, you will guide the site to deliver safe, efficient operations aligned with business goals. You will influence site culture, drive performance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions that advance mobility and well-being. You'll shape annual plans, manage budgets and talent, and lead CAPEX and continuous improvement initiatives. Responsabilidades
Lead the Montmeló site with emphasis on ethics, safety, performance, and operational excellence
Develop and execute the annual operating plan (AOP) in line with business needs
Coach and develop plant and functional teams,



ensuring engagement and accountability
Oversee site planning activities including budgeting, CAPEX planning, performance reviews, organizational design, and talent reviews
Drive manufacturing performance across HSE, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Capital, CI, Asset Efficiency, and Organizational Development
Strengthen functional excellence through collaboration with HSE, Quality, Manufacturing Technology, Operations Excellence, and Centers of Excellence
Foster cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing technology for on-time delivery
Partner with business and commercial teams with a one-team mindset
Support CAPEX initiatives related to CI, maintenance, and capacity expansion
Requisitos principales Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, polymers, materials, or related field
10+ years of manufacturing leadership and 15+ years in chemical/industrial operations
