Overview
As a Test Development Engineer, you will enhance the quality, reliability, and cost efficiency of cutting-edge microcontroller products. You'll investigate production failures, optimize test coverage, and drive yield improvements while leading technical initiatives that impact product performance and business outcomes. You will collaborate with integral engineering and manufacturing teams, work with advanced test equipment, and apply your coding skills across C, C++, Perl, and Python. This role offers hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced semiconductor environment with meaningful impact on product derivatives, NSO opportunities, and factory transfers.
Responsabilidades Investigate production failures with advanced tools to drive yield improvement
Provide guidance to resolve issues and continuously improve microcontroller test coverage
Support Cost Reduction initiatives including test time reduction, test yield improvement, fab site qualification, and manufacturing flow transfers
Analyze customer returns and produce detailed failure analysis reports
Support product derivative bring-up to enable New Sales Opportunities
Define and implement test program improvements to enhance product quality, test efficiency, and manufacturing performance
Requisitos principales Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
5+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor/electronics industry
Proficiency in C, C++, Perl, Python
Strong problem-solving track record with evidence of successful projects
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
