Overview
In this role you ensure Spanish regulatory compliance for a leading B2C iGaming business. You will research regulations, develop action plans, and obtain approvals from DGOJ and authorities, supporting the Compliance Manager across Spain. You'll monitor regulator updates, shape regulatory policies with stakeholders, and promote a culture of compliance. This position offers the chance to influence how the company meets legal requirements at scale and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades Research Spanish regulatory requirements and monitor regulator updates
Create action plans and obtain approvals from DGOJ and other bodies
Support Compliance Manager to meet Spanish regulatory requirements across the organization
Develop and update regulatory policies with internal/external stakeholders
Propose strategic approach for Spanish regulatory compliance aligned with broader objectives
Liaise with DGOJ, Spanish Police Authority, and other bodies
Conduct risk assessments and internal audits related to Spain compliance
Prepare reports on regulatory requirements and action plans
Draft responses to inquiries/investigations by Spanish authorities
Coordinate compliance audits by DGOJ and other authorities
Promote compliance culture through training and awareness initiatives
Requisitos principales 3–7 years experience in the iGaming industry with strong knowledge of the Spanish regulated market
Experience managing regulatory requirements and liaising with regulatory authorities
Bachelors degree in Law, Political Science, or related field
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Fluency in English
