This is a Platform Operations / L2 Support role, not an API Development position.Main Tasks:- Manage and resolve L2 incidents within SLA.- Perform platform troubleshooting and log analysis.- Support deployments, releases and changes.- Execute runbooks, recovery procedures and operational tasks.- Document incidents, resolutions and known workarounds.- Perform basic Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
