Overview

In this role you will lead product compliance across our hardware, software and services portfolio, ensuring adherence to European and international regulations. You will coordinate conformity activities, documentation, and risk assessments while aligning with Engineering, Quality Management and Product Management. You’ll be the go-to contact for authorities, customers and auditors, shaping compliant, safe and market-ready products. This is a visibility-rich position that drives regulatory excellence and cross-functional collaboration across the company.

Responsabilidades

- Coordinate all product compliance and CE-related activities across the company
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and standards
- Coordinate conformity assessment for hardware, software and HW/SW solutions
- Collaborate with technical disciplines and general sites to integrate compliance into product lifecycle
- Monitor regulatory requirements and implement them internally
- Prepare, maintain, and manage Declarations of Conformity
- Coordinate creation, maintenance, and review of technical documentation and compliance evidence




- Support and guide product risk assessments and risk management activities
- Guide, manage and perform compliance activities related to CE, CRA, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, EMC, ATEX, LVD, RED and other regulations
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on products
- Serve as primary contact for regulatory authorities, certification bodies, customers, and auditors
- Support internal audits and continuous improvement of compliance processes

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Software Engineering, Quality Management, Regulatory Affairs, or related field
- Several years of experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, CE marking, or comparable role
- Strong knowledge of European and international product compliance requirements
- Experience with CE marking processes and conformity assessment procedures
- Familiarity with CRA, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, EMC and related product legislation
- Understanding of compliance for hardware and software products
- Experience in preparing technical documentation and Declarations of Conformity
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and product safety requirements
- Strong analytical skills to interpret regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
